Ju-C is back on the market for Carnival 2015 and East Caribbean Bottlers Inc wanted to celebrate in a tangible way with as broad a cross-section of the Carnival fraternity as possible. What better way to do so than to target the mas bands through the Carnival Bands Association! The company took part in the CBA’s recent Carnival Blast showcase at Victoria Park on 23 May, 2015; and felt this was a positive move – to bring the bands and other players together, to showcase what they have to offer for Carnival 2015!
Thus East Caribbean Bottlers Inc decided to give everyone a “piece of the pie” by donating Ju-C, Village Ram and Ju-C Water, to the Carnival Bands Association. On 1 June 2015, East Caribbean Bottlers Inc. handed over 300 cases of products, valued at $9,000, to the Carnival Bands Association, to be distributed to the 13 mas bands.
Marketing Manager, Mrs Rachel Haslam, stated that ECBI is very pleased to rekindle the association that Ju-C has had with Vincy Carnival for over 40 years and looks forward to playing a bigger role as the company regains its foot-hold on the Vincentian market.
